About Ready to Move Homes
We list Bangalore apartments and villas you can move into now or within 12 months, from projects where the builder still has homes to sell.
How homes are chosen
Every project is registered with Karnataka RERA. We read each builder's latest quarterly RERA filing for the number of unsold homes and the construction progress, and the RERA completion date for handover. Projects appear only while homes are left and handover is due within 12 months, or construction is complete.
What the labels mean
Ready to move: an Occupancy Certificate is issued, or the builder reports construction at least 95% complete. Almost ready: handover date passed, 80–94% built. Ready in N months: handover due within 12 months.
Before you book
Prices change often and homes sell between filings. Ask the builder for the Occupancy Certificate and the current price sheet before you pay a booking amount. We send both on WhatsApp.
